What happens if I’m not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, Bpost will deliver your parcel according to your set delivery preferences: to a neighbour, a safe place, a pick-up point or parcel locker.

No delivery preference? In that case, the postman will try to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or in a safe place. If that doesn’t work, you will receive a failed delivery notice in your letterbox.
